The Showdown | stay to play hotels
The Showdown is a stay to play event, teams must use approved hotels. We have a new process this year to make things easier for team admins.
step 1: review list of approved hotels & discounted event rates (bottom of the page)
step 2: contact hotel coordinator using the hotel request form below or via email to: email@example.com provide: 1- club and team name (s), 2- number of rooms needed, 3- top 3 hotel preferences from approved list
step 3: hotel coordinator will reach out to you with reservation block information
step 4: your club/families are responsible for completing reservation details and keeping information and payment methods updated with the hotels
- Hotels will be reserved on a first come first served basis
- Best efforts will be made to honor all requests and keep teams/clubs together
- Out of region teams must have confirmed reservations for approved hotels on file with the hotel coordinator to be included in the final schedule. Team reservations must be a minimum of 8 rooms for 2 nights per team.
- No other online booking or rates, discounts, or hotel reward points can be accepted.
- Teams who do not comply with the stay to play policies will not be included in the final schedule and no fees will be refunded.
- ALL ROOMS & BLOCKS NOT CONFIRMED OR BOOKED WILL BE RELEASED JUNE 28, 2024
